Castings for machine-tool manufacture and mechanical engineering

The main products of the plant are iron castings from GG20, GG25, (GOST 1412-85) and GGG50 (GOST 7923-85) of the following weight groups:

Weight group from 2.0 up to 100 kg

Castings are produced with sizes tolerance from ±1.0 up to 2.5 mm in accordance with quality norms GTB15, GTB16 in DIN 1655. Weight tolerance is 12%. Surface roughness is Rz160. Delivery with 90% quality assurance.

Weight group from 100up to 500 kg

Castings are produced with sizes tolerance from ±1.8 up to 4.0 mm in accordance with quality norms GTB17 in DIN 1685. Weight tolerance is 10%. Surface roughness is Rz240. Delivery with 85% quality assurance.

Weight group from 600up to 1500 kg

Castings are produced with sizes tolerance from ±4.5 up to 9.0 mm in accordance with quality norms GTB18 in DIN 1685. Weight tolerance is 6.4%. Surface roughness is Rz320. Delivery with 80% quality assurance.
