RUE «Gomel Foundry «Tsentrolit»

RUE "Gomel foundry "Tsentrolit" is the largest enterprise in Belarus, specializing in production of grey and ductile iron castings (GOST 1412-85 and GOST 7293-85).

The products of the enterprise are certified in the quality management system ISO9002 and European standards DIN EN 124 (see Certificates). For the period of 35 years the enterprise has been known as a reliable supplier of iron castings not only in Belarus, but also abroad. (see History). Its capacities allow to provide casting practically for any factory in such fields of industry as mechanical engineering, machine-tool construction, motor industry, transport and communication, in particular:

For machine-tool construction:
- beds, cases, carriages, tables, plates, reducer frames and covers, etc.
For mechanical engineering:
- housings, bodies, wheels, pulleys, rolls, etc.
For motor industry and road-building equipment:
- counterbalances, braking drums, hydraulic booster bodies, housings, turbine bodies, bearing bodies, matrixes, under stamp plates, etc.
For subway-building:
- tubings.
For oil-and-gas industry:
- reducer frames and covers, half-weights, cranks, beds, etc.
For iron-and-steel industry:
- ingot molds, pallets, crucibles, etc.
For agriculture:
- sprockets, pulleys, reducer cases, parts for power-saw benches, etc.
As well as continuous castings from grey cast iron (GOST14152-85) and ductile cast iron (GOST 7293-85) with 40-230 mm in diameter, other profile sections up to 2500 mm long (see Production capacities).

The foundry has also mastered the production of art casting which is used for city design. In 2002 the Committee on architecture and city designing and building of Moscow recommended the foundry as the manufacturer of elements for accomplishment of the capital of the Russian Federation and it was listed in the electronic catalog of small architectural forms (see Report).

The enterprise delivers its products to Russia (Moscow and Moscow region, St.-Petersburg and Leningrad region, the republic of Adygea, Izhevsk, Tver, Nizhni Novgorod, Astrakhan, Rostov-on-Don and other regions), to other CIS countries and EC (France, Finland, Baltic Republics) (see Catalogue of Production).
